Terms of service

The agreement
These terms cover your use of nexusvoidai.com and, once you sign an order or start a plan, our services: ARGUS, AEGIS and VAPT. If an order or signed agreement says something different, the signed document wins.
The website
Our research, guides and news are for information only and are not legal, compliance or professional advice. Prices and estimates shown on the website, including VAPT quotes, are indicative until confirmed in an order.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping credentials safe, and for telling us promptly if an account is compromised. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other customers, and we will tell you when we do.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nexus Void to attack third parties, to test systems you are not authorized to test, to reverse engineer the service, or to resell access without a partner agreement.
Penetration testing
You must own, or be authorized in writing to test, every target you give us. We verify domain ownership before testing and test only the scope in your order. You are responsible for giving us accurate scope, for any test credentials you provide, and for telling us about systems or times to avoid.
Fees and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the term in your order and renew for the same term unless either side gives 30 days' notice. Prices change only at renewal and with 60 days' notice. One-off services such as a VAPT are billed as set out in the order. Free plans may change or end with notice.
Your data and our commitments
Your data stays yours. We process it to deliver the service, as described in our privacy notice and in any data processing agreement we sign with you.
Availability and support
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Support terms are set out in your order.
Intellectual property
We own the platform and everything we built to run it. You own your data, your code, and the reports and evidence produced for you.
Warranties and disclaimers
Security testing reduces risk but cannot find every vulnerability, and a passing control is not a guarantee against a breach. Compliance readiness in AEGIS does not mean certification; an independent auditor decides that. Except as written in your order, the service is provided as it is.
Limitation of liability
Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Each side's total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, except for breaches of confidentiality, data protection obligations or the acceptable-use rules.
Termination
Either side can end the agreement for a material breach that is not fixed within 30 days of notice. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it as the privacy notice describes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law named in your order form or signed agreement.
Changes
We post new terms here and change the date at the top. Material changes are emailed to account owners 30 days before they take effect. Questions: lakshay@nexusvoidai.com.
